Terms & Conditions
Using this website
Kabayan Flights provides travel information, promotional offers, live flight search, and a way to contact the travel team. Please provide accurate details and do not use the website to send spam, interfere with its operation, or access other people's accounts or information.
Search results and promotional prices
Promotional starting prices are separate from live flight results. Availability and prices can change. A displayed result or enquiry acknowledgement does not reserve a seat, fix a price, or confirm a booking.
The team will need to confirm the itinerary, total price, baggage, fare restrictions, and any applicable fees before you agree to a booking.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry asks the team to contact you about your plans. The current website does not provide online checkout, payment collection, or ticket issuance. Booking arrangements continue directly with the team.
Before booking, request the applicable airline and agency terms, payment requirements, and confirmation of who supplies each travel service.
Changes, cancellations, and discounts
Ask the team for the rules and charges for changes, cancellations, refunds, and missed flights for your specific fare before booking. This draft does not promise a particular refund or cancellation outcome.
NHS and Blue Light Card offers are subject to eligibility, availability, and the offer's conditions. Contact the team to check the discount and the evidence required.
Travel documents and questions
Check passport, visa, entry, and health requirements for your itinerary with the relevant authorities before travel. Contact the team if an offer, enquiry, or booking detail needs clarification.
Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Items to confirm before approval
The business must confirm its legal identity and agency role, booking contract process, fees, payment and refund rules, complaints procedure, applicable law, and any financial protection or accreditation claims. No protection or accreditation is asserted by this draft.
